Founded in 2000, Domestic Workers United [DWU] is an organization of Caribbean, Latina and African nannies, housekeepers, and elderly caregivers in New York, organizing for power, respect, fair labor standards and to help build a movement to end exploitation and oppression for all.

Pan-Asian workers organization of women low-wage service workers, predominantly Filipina domestic workers, for rights and dignity. WWP focuses on developing the leadership of women in a broader movement for immigrant workers rights in the Asian community. www.caaav.org
Andolan Organizing South Asian Workers
An organization of low-income South Asian workers — predominantly domestic workers — that educates workers about their rights, persuades employers to pay a living wage and raises public awareness about abusive conditions in their workplaces. Damayan Migrant Workers Association

Haitian Women for Haitian Refugees
A community-based agency by and for Haitian refugees and immigrants, many of whom are domestic workers, providing a comprehensive and culturally sensitive program that includes popular education, supportive services and community organizing. www.fcny.org
Unity Housecleaners
